Broken machine rejected 4 times and accepted money 3 times. Asked for refund and said can't find the transaction. Finally refund after 2 months after 2 hours spent on call and email but only refund one payment. Stay away.Response to owner's response: a case had been opened since November last year, no one is bothered to reply. Anyway I had sent you another email att to the people you suggest. 19/3

Secure Parking - Collie Street Car Park
I’ve been parking with Secure Parking in Fremantle (on a daily weekday basis) for near on 10 months. Having spent near on $1000 in parking, I was given the wonderful reward today of a parking infringement ($77.00) for having my wheels on the white line of a parking bay. Mind you, this parking bay was right at the very end of a row, with no bay next to me so I wasn’t impeding any other customer, or costing secure parking the use of a revenue earning bay. I had parked in such a manner as I had previously received the gift of a whopping great dent left in my door by a not so considerate fellow parker in this very car park. I’m also a tradie and need to take tools out of my car each morning so in order to help with access and not dent my neighbour parker in a sign of return respect, I have been parking off to one side. Never parked in a disabled bay, never parked in a reserved bay. You be the judge. Bit harsh in my opinion and feels very much like a cash grab. A warning would have been nice. Sure, I’m not in the bay. Sure I’m at fault and I’ll pay the fine. Accept responsibility and all that. But ultimately their loss as I will now be parking in Ord Street (Free parking) and they stand to loose over $700 worth of future revenue they would have made out of me (remainder of my workplace contract in Fremantle not to mention any future work). Shame really.I guess so these aren’t purely the ramblings of a person infuriated by a parking ticket, let’s also give an honest account of the facility itself. The facility is in dire need of maintenance. A great deal of the lighting appears to be not working which makes it very dark inside after sunlight hours. Could be considered a bit dangerous walking to your vehicle in terms of assault etc so keep that in mind. The facility also projects a “dirty” vibe. Like it just needs a good clean and some fresh paint. The elevators are always grimy, the stairwells frequently stink of urine and you have to watch out for broken glass etc when parking your car, presumably left from the late night Fremantle party goers. Don’t kid yourself with the name “Secure Parking” as there is no security, and what CCTV there is only protects the interests and assets of Secure Parking themselves company. The “Terms and Conditions” by which they have the power to fine you, is also conveniently obscured by the machine at the entrance. The facility is also not 24hour as advertised, at least not without a call out charge after hours. The facility is supposed to open at 5am each day but on one occasion I was made late for work when the allocated secure parking staff member (which I believe is a subcontracted mobile security firm) was late to open the premises up and I wasn’t able to get in until well after 615. This in turn made me late for for work. I wasn’t parking elsewhere as I had prepaid online. Maybe I should be counter charging for lost income?Whatever.

It's bad enough that these people charge extortionate rates when you DO park with them. Problem is, they also take your money for NOT actually parking with them at all!I thought I'd be proactive and pre-book an early bird day ticket for the next day when I had some work in Fremantle. But when I got to the car park at 6am on the morning and entered my pin, all I got was Oops

So disappointed and annoyed with my experience in this car park. Decided to stay for a night in Fremantle and wanted to park my car securely. The car park itself is dirty, the lifts had rubbish and drinks spilt in them. Was charged $44 for keeping my car there from 3:00pm till 12:00pm the next day. I was under the impression when looking on the website that it would be roughly $20 not double that. Would not recommend

Usually quite a few parks on level 4 above on a Saturday night and is within walking distance of all the best restaurants but it's so bloody dangerous when typically 4wd, sometimes just normal cars use it as a bloody race track and don't slow down and 1 elevator hasn't been working in the last 6wks if not more.

Genuinely one of the worst car parks in Perth. Rediculously overpriced, the ticket machines are always broken, the elevators are dangerous (multiple people have been stuck in them on numerous occasions), terrible customer service when resolving issues and frequently don't open on time (today open over 1.5 hours late). If you can park anywhere else, please, please do.

Good location, never had an issue parking here. I would avoid taking the stairs though, not clean.

One of the elevators have been out of service for a month. The other one is now also broken. Stair wells reek of urine (so much for secure"). Maybe put some of the overpriced parking fees into maintaining and overseeing this disgusting excuse for a parking complex."

Parked today at the Collie St car park 1.10.22. Pay machine faulty rejected 2 different credit cards wouldn't give parking ticket back till I pressed cancel. so I paid cash. Checked bank when I got home both payments went through my credit cards. Sydney contact no. No one to talk to. No one in attendance. Done like a dog's dinner $24 for under 2 hours parking. Never again! I wonder how many other other people were done today?
